Fast-fashion fatigue bodes well for Gap, J.Crew

After years of clamoring for fast-fashion at rock-bottom prices, younger consumers are growing more willing to pay a little bit more for better-made basics that will last longer, a positive trend for chains including Gap, J.Crew and Uniqlo, industry experts say. "There’s a great opportunity now for quality basics that are very, very well-priced," said trend forecaster David Wolfe.
