Report: Most community-college transfers earn four-year degrees

Students who transfer from community colleges often perform well at four-year institutions, according to a report by The National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. The report shows that among students who transfer with an associate degree, a little more than 70% earned a four-year degree within the traditional four years, and among all community-college transfers, with and without degrees, 60% earned a four-year degree in that time frame.
