$3.5M settlement is reached in case against AT&T

AT&T has reached a $3.5 million settlement to resolve allegations that it billed the government too much for IP Relay service. The government says the company knew that most of the people using the service, which is intended to help deaf people in the U.S., were con artists operating outside the country. AT&T is still denying the government's allegations.
