Calif. engineer launches crowdfunding campaign for flying car

Paul Moller, a former engineering professor at University of California at Davis, is looking to raise $1 million through a crowdfunding campaign to get his M400 Skycar ready for a test flight. Moller has been working on his design for several decades, and his company Moller International has already spent about $100 million, most of which was personal money. He is aiming to fly a prototype in 2014.
