CPS Energy taps Silver Spring, Landis+Gyr for San Antonio smart grid project

Silver Spring Networks and Landis+Gyr will work on a smart grid modernization project for CPS Energy of San Antonio, a municipal utility. The project is estimated to cost $200 million over five years and will start in December. Silver Spring will supply the network to connect smart meters provided by Landis+Gyr.
