Many U.S. firms fail to disclose malware attacks, report finds

It's no secret that U.S. enterprises are facing a rise in the number of malware attacks targeting their networks, but the public may not know just how bad things are since many of the breaches are likely going unreported. A new survey from ThreatTrack finds that more than half of specialists tasked with cleaning up the malware mess for U.S. companies report dealing with breaches that were never disclosed, a number that rises to two-thirds when the breaches involve large enterprises.
