Study: Online customers are easier for B2B firms to influence

It is easier for business-to-business companies to build loyalty with digital customers than those who only interact with the brand offline, according to a hybris report. The study suggests companies lacking an online strategy risk giving up their market position. "B2B companies must implement effective e-commerce strategies sooner rather than later or risk losing customers to competitors," said Brian Walker, senior vice president of strategy for hybris.
