Fallon hires TBWA's Paul Silburn

Paul Silburn, deputy creative director of Omnicom's TBWA in London, is joining Publicis Groupe's Fallon Worldwide as the agency's North American executive creative director. Silburn is known, among other things, for his award-winning TBWA's "No Nonsense" campaign for John Smith's beer.
