Moderate weight loss could make big difference in diabetes prevention

Even a moderate amount of weight loss could delay the onset of diabetes, and if the number of overweight people could be reduced, half of the world's diabetes cases could be eliminated, particularly type 2 diabetes cases, said experts with the International Diabetes Federation.
