Fallon, Horizon to share $140 million NBC Universal account

Independent media agency Horizon Media and Publicis Groupe's Fallon of Minneapolis will share NBC Universal Television Group's $140 million media buying and planning account. Under the deal, Fallon will handle planning for NBC and its cable channels, and buying for print, interactive and billboards, while Horizon will continue to make TV and radio buys for all NBC Universal TV properties, as well as handle local promotions.
