Kansas Board OKs science standards critical of evolution

A divided Kansas Board of Education approved by 6 to 4 new science standards that call into question Darwin's theory of evolution. The standards, which hold that the complexity of life proves there is a higher power, represent the biggest win to date for the Intelligent Design movement.
