Plan for LNG terminal on Boston Harbor island generates controversy

Energy supplier AES Corp. is interested in building a terminal on a Boston Harbor island that would supply the region with natural gas. The state of Massachusetts is close to finishing a project to remove asbestos from military bunkers on the island in the harbor, but controversy has erupted over the bill that would allow the island to be leased out for the construction of an LNG terminal.
