Speciale to helm MediaVest's new buying unit

Publicis Groupe's MediaVest has promoted Donna Speciale to lead its newly formed unit, combining video, print and out-of-home buying. Speciale, who became president of the shop's Video Investment and Activation group in January, will oversee Robin Steinberg, who runs the print buying group, and Norm Chiat, who is in charge of the out-of-home group.
