FAA imposes $10M fine on Swiss aircraft management firm

The FAA imposed its largest civil penalty ever on Swiss aircraft management firm Tag Aviation. The $10 million penalty is part of an agreement to settle allegations that the company violated federal law by secretly controlling charter aircraft.
