The Indiana Supreme Court said it will review a case of a gambler who is suing Caesars Indiana for allowing her to lose close to $1 million. Jenny Kephart, 54, said she lost her inheritance at the casino because of a gambling addiction. Several states and previous cases have determined that casinos have no "duty of care" responsibility to keep problem gamblers away. But, because the court will hear this case, it may mean a change in that philosophy, according to Joseph M. Kelly, a law professor at the State University of New York in Buffalo.
