Nigerian plan to send teachers to S. Africa is criticised

Some are criticising a Nigerian government plan to send qualified maths and science teachers to South Africa, saying it will harm Nigeria's education system. Some officials say there are not enough qualified teachers in Nigeria, and an exodus of maths and sciences educators would result in "brain drain".
