RadioShack selling cell phones at Target stores

Next year, Target plans to expand a program that has RadioShack running in-store cell phone kiosks. The partnership launched in October at 100 Target stores in Minnesota, California, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Texas and Washington. Target hasn't said how many of its 1,700 stores nationwide will add the kiosks, which sell cell phones and service plans from AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
