Heston Blumenthal prepares his Dinner menu

Heston Blumenthal, who has developed a reputation as one of Britain's most inventive chefs during his 15 years at Fat Duck, is opening a second restaurant called Dinner. It is expected to be less expensive and less outlandish than Fat Duck, with modern takes on historic dishes, but it will still have some unusual offerings, such as fake fruit made of meat and toast topped with pig's ears.
