Is Ohio's Race to the Top funding in jeopardy?

Ohio could stand to lose $400 million in Race to the Top funding for its schools if John Kasich, the state's governor-elect, scraps his predecessor's plans for education reform. A spokesman said Kasich supports the basic "concepts" of the reform plan, but Kasich said during his campaign that he would likely abandon an "evidence-based model" for disbursing the aid to schools.
