Argentina plans to increase laptops in schools

Argentina hopes to double the number of students using Internet-connected laptops -- now available to about half of students at public high schools. Officials have set a goal of having 3.7 million laptops available by next year. Under the programme, students are able to take their laptops home, and many teachers and administrators also use the devices.
