Telecommuting can make workers more productive, company says

After performing research, a Chinese company found that allowing employees to work from home boosted productivity and worker satisfaction and reduced stress. But not all workers wanted to telecommute full time when given the option. Some workers, for example, were willing to put up with a commute because they missed the daily interaction and set hours that came from being in an office.
