Shopping centers do their part in Hurricane Sandy relief effort

Shopping centers and other members of the retail industry have been working to help victims of Hurricane Sandy. Westfield made a donation of more than $150,000 to relief efforts and is gathering aid at its centers, while CBL & Associates Properties set up Red Cross modules on its properties’ websites and established stations for donations at its malls and the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall hosted a blood drive.
