Bederra unit gears up to operate nuclear medicine facility

Bederra Corp.'s Lumar Imaging division expects its nuclear medicine facility to be fully operational by the end of 2008. The facility will mark Bederra's entry into the $18 billion growth industry, CEO Graham Williams said. The facility, in Houston, will offer nuclear medicine services as well as MRI/PET scans, CT scans, ultrasound and pain-management treatments.
