N.J. could see reversal of some chemical plant rules under Obama

Sen. Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., says he expects President-elect Barack Obama may override some New Jersey rules governing chemical plants with federal regulations. The changes that are likely from the new president, Lautenberg says, will affect the state's chemical plant security regulations and right-to-know laws that limit how much information chemical plants have to release about emissions.
