Physicians see malpractice threat as main practice issue

A survey of almost 2,000 U.S. physicians showed 85% believe the threat of medical malpractice litigation is the main obstacle to practicing medicine the way they want. The Jackson Healthcare survey found 92% rank tort reform as the top issue for any health reform legislation passed by Congress.
