Analysis: Pay has increased for top federal workers

In the past five years, the percentage of federal workers earning more than $150,000 has increased to 3.9% of the workforce, an analysis of Office of Personnel Management data found. Critics say it's time to cut pay and freeze salaries for federal workers, but union officials say that federal workers are actually due for a raise to bring them in line with their peers in the private sector.
