Billings' hospitals make cafeteria food healthier

Health care facilities in Billings, Mont., are part of a national trend toward improving the health of patients and staff by offering more nutritious cafeteria food, such as fresh fruit, vegetarian entrees and salad bars. "The focus has been to give people healthier choices. We are really focused on the wellness aspect of eating," said Barbara Hailstone, clinical nutrition manager at St. Vincent Healthcare.
