Missouri legislators seek to amend language in Prop B

A week after the passage of Proposition B, which sets restrictions on Missouri puppy mills, some lawmakers in the state are considering changing the law's language to prevent licensed breeders from going out of business. "[T]here are some areas which could be tweaked, such as the 50 dog limit and mandatory veterinary care for minor issues," a state representative-elect said.
