Online program allows parents to track student grades, attendance

About 40% of parents in a Tennessee district have signed up for PowerSchool, an online program the district has used for nearly three years that tracks students' grades and attendance. Many parents had been logging on with their children's account information, but the district is recommending that parents create personal accounts to obtain better access to data on students' progress.
