Virgin America may launch flights from O'Hare in 2011

Upstart Virgin America hopes to start flying out of Chicago O'Hare International Airport next year. The carrier could eventually occupy part of Terminal 3, which Delta Air Lines vacated when it relocated to Terminal 2. Meanwhile, Virgin is encouraging the city to update airport jet bridges, baggage belts and other infrastructure.
