U.S. regulators need to coordinate on Dodd-Frank, watchdog says

The Government Accountability Office says the agencies implementing the Dodd-Frank Act are coordinating only informally and need to do better. "While informal and ad hoc coordination can produce the desired results, such coordination can break down when disagreements arise or other work becomes pressing," a GAO report said.
