Daintree Estates grows and produces Australian single-origin chocolate for use in its premium milk and dark chocolates. "We want to put Australia on the map for origin chocolate. It's a new industry in Australia," said founder Barry Kitchen. The Australian chocolate is high in polyphenol content and features a strong chocolate flavor with tropical fruit back notes.
