Boulder Brands' saw net sales growth of 53% in the last quarter for its Udi's and Glutino brands, and company CEO Steve Hughes predicts that within five years, 5% to 10% of wheat-based food categories are going to be gluten-free. Due to popularity in the U.S., the company recently launched the Udi's brand in Europe and Canada. The gluten-free market is predicted to grow 48% from 2013 to 2016, according to Mintel.
