Kroger plans massive, $150M expansion project in Texas

Kroger announced plans on Friday to increase its footprint in north Texas with five new Marketplace stores and three other store expansions, as well as renovations and fuel facility upgrades at existing stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The $150 million project is part of the largest store-building boom ever for the company and will create more than 1,700 full- and part-time jobs.
