Arizona charter offers all students accelerated curriculum

A Tucson, Ariz., charter school is teaching Chinese to preschoolers, division in kindergarten and Advanced Placement in middle school, among other accelerated learning opportunities. The 9-year-old school groups students by ability level, not age, and operates on the idea that all students can perform at gifted levels in the right circumstances.
