Arizona charter treats all students like gifted children

A Tucson, Ariz., charter school is teaching Chinese to preschoolers, division in kindergarten, Advanced Placement in middle school and calculus by ninth grade. The 9-year-old school groups students by ability level, not age, and operates on the premise that all students can perform at gifted levels.
