Iowa school districts not yet complying with nurse law

Iowa officials say at least 38 school districts have not yet complied with a 2007 law requiring them to hire a registered nurse. School officials say they can't afford to hire RNs, who can make significantly more money at hospitals and clinics than the average $35,000 school district salary.
