New Indiana schools chief Tony Bennett, a Republican, supports vouchers and consolidation, but doesn't expect the controversial issues to be top priorities in his administration. Instead, he's aiming to make Indiana schools the best in the country by eliminating some of the state education regulations that he says limit school administrators.
