Patchi offers new levels of luxury

Lebanese chocolate maker Patchi sells a nearly $8,000 box of chocolates. The 49 hand-wrapped chocolates are topped with either a 24-carat gold flower and Swarovsky crystal or a handcrafted, miniature silk rose. The chocolates are packaged in a leather box hand-embroidered with silk from India and China.
