Should corporate capitalism give way to laborism?

It used to make sense that corporations were beholden to the capital markets, because the capitalists were the ones taking most of the risk and were in the best position to ensure effective operations. Today's shareholder hardly pays attention. Maybe, says IMD professor Michael Yaziji, it's time to shift control to the people who really have a stake in what happens to the company: the workers.
