Southwest forms partnership with Mexican carrier

Southwest Airlines has announced a partnership agreement with Mexican carrier Volaris and plans to begin code-share flights to Mexico in 2010. "It's a lot like a Mexican version of Southwest," a Southwest spokeswoman said of Volaris, the two-year-old airline that serves 23 cities with a fleet of 18 Airbus jets.
