To get the most from a 360-degree leadership assessment, ask a manager or coach to go over the results with you so you don't miss important information, writes Dan McCarthy. Also, don't waste time trying to discover the identity of who wrote certain comments, but instead find ways to get the most out of the feedback and target several things to improve, he writes.
