Geolocation could fix Twitter's information overload

There is so much information on Twitter that it can be difficult to find the most useful tweets, Noam Cohen writes, applauding the site's upcoming geolocation tool. Though there are privacy concerns that come with sharing one's location online, the tool will provide a way to filter messages regarding breaking news, for example, so that only the most relevant tweets are shown.
