Sluggish recovery seen for commercial real estate:

The Federal Reserve's Janet Yellen and a wide array of commercial real estate professionals agree on one thing: The industry's recovery is going to be a long, drawn-out one. Yellen, head of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank, said conditions in the commercial real estate sector "clearly are weak." A PricewaterhouseCoopers survey of people in the commercial property business found they expect prices to hit bottom at as much as 50% below their 2007 peak.
