Airbus will warn of electrical hazard on single-aisle planes

Airbus is expected to announce that electrical problems on its single-aisle jetliners can temporarily short-circuit cockpit displays and computer controls. The warning stems from an incident this summer involving an Airbus A321 flown by British Midland International, but air-safety officials globally have been concerned about these rare but serious incidents on other flights.
