Students in the fitness and nutrition class at suburban Chicago's Andrew High School are picking up healthier habits, finding that eating more fruits and vegetables and less fat and sugar can give them more energy. Along with fitness field trips, students prepare lunches in a food lab one day per week and on other days bring a bag lunch that gets graded for nutritional value.
