Private-equity firm buys Crossbeam

Crossbeam, a provider of cloud-security products, has been acquired by Thoma Bravo, a private-equity firm; financial terms weren't disclosed. Crossbeam's senior management will remain, Tim Greene writes. Crossbeam's customers are said to include BT Group, NTT Globe Telecom, Telefonica and Volkswagen.
