Bank CEO: Small businesses are less interested in borrowing

Joseph Perri, president and CEO of Gold Coast Bank, says demand for small-business loans is waning, which could be bad news for the economy as a whole. Company owners are "skittish" about borrowing because of factors such as inconsistency in interest rates and uncertainty caused by government policies, he said, but banks are willing to lend.
