CMS may change its mind on testing ICD-10 in physician offices

Problems with the rollout of HealthCare.gov have prompted the CMS to consider doing ICD-10 end-to-end testing with physician offices. The agency had said it was confident the new billing system had been properly tested, but Robert Tennant of the Medical Group Management Association said CMS is now willing to consider further testing.
