The book "Switch" by Chip and Dan Heath provides useful insight for advisers trying to change client behavior, writes Michael Kitces. "[I]n a world where almost all financial planning success ultimately comes down to client behavior change, as planners we still don't really have a great deal of education and training on how to best help clients change their behavior," he writes.
